Working with Challenging Behaviours

Aims and Objectives:

• Provide an overview of behaviour, making sense of the issues which are likely underpinning presenting behaviour in our young people
• Develop a greater understanding and learn about practical behaviour management strategies/techniques for responding to the child which are age and skill appropriate.
• Better understand the significance of relationships, and my positioning and role in relation to the behaviour.
