In this MyST training we will be looking at ruptures in relationships with the children and young people we care for. We will also think together about how ruptures can affect the relationships we have with professionals. The training will explore ways of making repairs to continue developing relationships and the effect this may have on us as individuals and within the wider context of the system around the child. We will conclude with exploring how we can keep ourselves topped up when ruptures are happening regularly, and repairs feel challenging.
